No. Under Florida Statute Section 489.127(4), pulling a permit for work performed by unlicensed individuals is a misdemeanor on first offense and a felony on second. We are fully licensed (CGC1524141) and pull all required permits for every project we perform.

We hold a Florida Certified General Contractor license (CGC1524141) issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board. This license allows us to perform general contracting work throughout the entire state of Florida. We also hold a licensed plumbing contractor certificate (CFC1430823).
