Aegis Construction Services LLC is a Florida-licensed general contracting and plumbing company serving Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte Counties. We hold the following active licenses issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation:

All work performed by Aegis Construction Services LLC is subject to applicable Florida Building Codes, county permitting requirements, and the terms of individual written contracts.

Aegis Construction Services LLC is not liable for any decisions made based solely on website-generated estimates.

4. Construction Services

All construction, plumbing, and foundation services provided by Aegis Construction Services LLC are subject to the terms of a separate written contract executed between Aegis and the client. Those contracts govern:

• Scope of work, inclusions, and exclusions
• Payment schedules and draw structure
• Change order procedures and pricing
• Warranty terms and workmanship guarantees
• Dispute resolution and governing law
• Insurance requirements and liability limitations

Nothing on our websites creates a contractual obligation for Aegis Construction Services LLC to perform any specific work at any specific price.

5. Intellectual Property
